(PMSS) Management Consultant III

Job Description:

The Kenjya-Trusant Group, LLC is seeking a candidate to fill the role of  Management Consultant in support of Department of State (DOS)/Diplomatic Security contract.  This contract provides support to DOS with Business Process Improvement, Organizational Change Management, Policy Support, Program and Communication Management, and Special Projects.  
 

Duties, Tasks, and Responsibilities:

  • Lead in coordinating activities for accomplishing goals and objectives for customer requirements.
  • Oversee performance of systems and process testing.
  • Assist with development of implementation and action plans.
  • Evaluate and facilitate customer acceptance of systems and processes
  • Serve as a mediator to internal issues and conflicting priorities for members of cross-functional teams.
  • Design data collection methods
  •  Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in large and complex data sets to help diagnose and predict outcomes, and build predictive models as required.
  • Manage delivery of new or existing products to customer.
  • Serve as an advisor to the team and customer.
  • Develop and evaluate personnel to promote the efficient operation of the project
  •  Provide mentorship to junior consultants.
  • Support other project and communications management requirements as needed.
  • Responsible for the effective management of personnel.
 

Qualifications:

  • Education       Bachelor's Degree in business or management field is required
  • Clearance       Secret (must be eligible for Top Secret Clearance)
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 6-9 years of experience in management consulting is required
    • Specialized experience in analyzing complex data required.
    • Minimum of three years of experience in conducting professional facilitations with varied stakeholders.
    • Preference for specialized experience in working with federal foreign affairs agency stakeholders to plan and implement bureau wide and/or Department-wide improvements.
  • Soft Skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
