JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Software Engineer 3 shall have Full Stack development experience to include:
- Data flow & analytic services using the AWS Cloud Services
- Docker, Spring/WebFlux framework
- Java, Maven, JFrog and Neo4J technologies (Full Stack)
- AWS automation and orchestration services.
- Create test units using Mockito & Junit components
- Kubernetes
- Ansible and Terraform Technologies
- Python and Jupyter Notebook modules
POSITION SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Linux systems administration experience - must be comfortable with command line, troubleshooting
- Windows Server
- Virtualization - VMWare
- Puppet Experience, or able to learn quickly
- SSP Support - scanning, patching, keeping documentation up to date and support ATO activities
- RF Signals background
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Twenty (20) years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- CWIP Requirement: Level I required at start
DESIRED SKILLS
- Linux systems (CentOS7) engineering/administration
- Strong VMWare background
- System integration/administration experience
- Ability to work independently/self-motivated
- Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, etc.)
- RF Signals
- Puppet, Ansible scripting
