Environmental Engineer - Senior (Federal Contract)

Required Experience:
  • Fifteen (15) years’ experience in environmental engineering field; specifically addressing: 
    • PBR/PBC experience with one (1) or more federal agency programs (e.g., Army, Air Force, Corps of Engineers)
    • Expertise in various phases of the acquisition process, preferably related to Performance Base Remediation contracts.
    • Experience in technical reviews of technical documents in support of NEPA Center Technical oversite mission
    • Ability to organize and gather project data, conduct analysis, prepare reports and provide recommendations without assistance
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Utilizing and applying computer software including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
    • Pre -award/post- award experience with tracking and monitoring performance-based contracts (PBCs).
    • Knowledge of federal contracting regulations and requirements.
  • Masters Degree in Civil Engineer, Environmental Engineer, or other related field  (Preferred)
  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer, Environmental Engineer, or other related field  with 6 additional years of experience
License:                 Professional Engineer (PE)
