POSITION:  Senior Counterintelligence Collection Analyst
LOCATION:  Annapolis Junction, MD 20701
REQUIRED CLEARANCE:  TS/SCI with Polygraph (must have prior to applying)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Senior-Level Intelligence Collection Manager:

Bachelor or master's degree with 8+ years of intelligence analysis experience, or, specialized training & 10+ of intelligence analysis experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic coursework. Credentialed subject matter expert or recognized specialist in relevant field.
 
Time to Productivity: Senior level contractor personnel work independently with minimal Government oversight. Provide thorough and completed products that may require minor revisions and/or editing.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Candidate needs to have experience as a Counterintelligence (CI) Agent.
  • Experience conducting CI functions including investigations, inquiries, and collection is preferred. 
  • Responsible for developing a concept for Command CI programs that will be staffed to the SECDEF. 
  • Must have a robust understanding of CI Operations. 
  • Responsible for developing CI briefings for personnel in the Command that are interacting w/ foreign intelligence services/officers and/or traveling to high-threat CI countries, as well as delivering the briefings in both group and individual settings, including being given to General Officer audiences. 
  • Ideal candidate would be someone who served in multiple positions as a CI Agent as a military or government civilian (had a badge and credentials).
