Intelligence Targeting Analyst Subject Matter Expert
LOCATION:  Fort Bragg, North Carolina
REQUIRED CLEARANCE:  TS/SCI


Description:  The Intelligence Targeting Analysts (ITA) SME is responsible to support and engage in the target development process in deployed environments in support of intelligence collection, CT, and/or counter proliferation.  ITA SME's shall have in-depth analytic skills to identify, assess, and report on enemy capabilities and tactics in support of target development and the production of all-source strategic, operational, and tactical intelligence analysis.  The ITA SME's shall enable the F3EAD targeting cycle and drive intelligence collection efforts to further support target development and production.

The Intelligence Targeting Analyst Subject Matter Expert (ITA SME) shall possess the following qualifications:
-Minimum of ten (10) years of analytic experience within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with five (5) years at the operational level.
-Minimum of three (3) years of specific targeting experience within the last five (5) years, or equivalent operational support experience within SOF related communities required.
-Shall have advanced HVI/Network targeting methodology knowledge/understanding, nodal analysis, and the ability to fully utilize the F3EAD targeting process.
-ITA SME shall be highly proficient in utilizing computer applications and intelligence related automation to support target development, analytical efforts and product development.
-Shall possess excellent briefing skills and experienced in directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
-Expert knowledge of targeting applications and all aspects of HVI/network targeting including methodologies and systems.
-Comprehensive background and firsthand experience in the following analytical areas:  CT, Regional Analysis, Geo-Political Analysis, HUMINT/SIGINT/GEOINT Analysis and Collection Management.
-Expert knowledge of SOF and/or CT intelligence experience is required.
