Job Description:
Acquisition Professional Level II needed to support an existing program in Annapolis Junction, MD. The Joint Capabilities for Security & Cl (JCSC) program represents the merging of the counterintelligence mission to detect threats with Capabilities mission to secure the Agency's information systems, thereby creating a unique fusion of security and counterintelligence principles into a stronger network defense partnership.

Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Candidates will support the foundational development and execution of the JCSC program.
  • The deliverables will support the management and execution of the program to include oversight reporting, leadership awareness, and management and execution of schedule and resources to meet the JCSC program needs.
  • Responsible for creating solicitation packages, a contract and program acquisition strategy, risk management plan, acquisition logistics support plan, life cycle cost estimate, other programmatic documentation, reporting, and briefings.
Required Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field of study
Required Experience:
Level II - Eight (8) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD acquisition management, program management, and/or contract management. In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, or Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of Eleven (11) years may be substituted

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong experience with acquisition documentation and briefings
Clearance Requirement - Active TS/SCI with polygraph
