POSITION: 
Transition Manager
LOCATION:  Fort Bragg, North Carolina (with some OCONUS travel)
REQUIRED CLEARANCE:  TS/SCI


Description:  The Transition Manager shall reside at the JSOTF HQ and be responsible for the coordination and transitioning of all aspects of contract management.  The Transition Manager shall be available to the COR and KO during normal business hours and shall be available during all other times as required.  JSOTF has a long-term validated requirement to increase its analytical and security personnel strength, in support of on-going operations.  The requirement is to provide timely, accurate, and actionable Intelligence in order to support the JSOTF's capability to meet un-forecasted and extremely demanding mission requirements brought about by sensitive SOF operations.

The Transition Manager shall be responsible for performing due diligence to ensure that all contract transition activities are identified, scheduled, negotiated, and completed during the specified Contract Transition Term.  The Transition Manager will regularly report status to the COR and KO at periodic meetings, through written reports, and transition schedule updates.  The Transition Manager is considered as Key Personnel.


The Transition Manager shall meet the following qualifications:
-Minimum of five (5) years' experience as a Transition Manager for Professional Service contracts involving the transition of greater than 300 personnel; experience must be within DoD or equivalent with Government Agencies.
-Shall have demonstrated experience leading the development, submission, and execution of Transition Phase-In Plans and Transition Phase-Out Plans of similar scale.
-Minimum of three (3) years' USSOCOM or JSOTF experience at the operational level.
-Experience in Special Operations Intelligence disciplines is desired.
-Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible.
