JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position will support the Computer Network Operations organization by providing effective configuration management, Atlassian tool suite administration, systems engineering documentation, and requirements management. The contractor will assist with the following activities:
  • Provide requirements management support
  • Assisting with operating in an agile development process including maintaining agile development tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Provide mobility documentation updates
  • Provide customer relation support

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
 
  • Eight (8) years of experience as a Configuration Manager in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required. A Master's Degree may be substituted for two years of experience, thereby reducing the total years of experience to six (6). Four (4) years of additional CM experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
  • Familiarity with working in an agile development environment is required
  • Past experience administering Jira and Confluence agile development tools is required
  • Work independently and defines and implement hardware and software configuration management processes and procedures
  • Maintain the CM environment for hardware and software product build, staging, testing and integration
  • Utilize configuration management tools (e.g. DOORS, Eclipse) to store, track, and manage configuration items
  • A successful candidate must be able to work independently
  • Past experience supporting CNO is highly desired
