LOCATION: Annapolis Junction/Fort Meade, MD 20701
REQUIRED CLEARANCE: TS/SCI with FULL SCOPE POLYGRAPH (must have before applying)
The Test Engineer Level 3 (TE3) will provide Test Engineering services as part of a small team to enable a large program’s Increment and non-Increment planning and implementation activities. Specifically, the TE3 will design and establish an automated virtual test environment within a cloud based infrastructure using Selenium and other tools. Establish the Program’s Traceability Testing matrix (TTM) with information exchanges for each thread and their components that will be used in the DT/OA, as directed. The TE3 will establish and maintain the Critical Operational Issues table within the TTM with measures of effectiveness (MOEs) provided by the organization’s Operational Test Agency (NOTA). The TE3 will create Developmental Testing Test Case names and incorporate the test systems into the matrix for the DT/OA. The TE3 will also support establishment of a Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), Test Plans, Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM), Test Cases and procedures.
