JOB DESCRIPTION:  
The Senior Systems Engineer provides systems engineering and integrations services to customer’s mission system’s orchestration solutions (OS) and infrastructure operations center. Analyze, track and monitor on-going development and operations programs/projects against the customer’s integrated master schedule/roadmap. Provides engineering services and makes recommendations on mitigation of on-going issues. Assist government-led team to establish and manage an end-to-end requirements process. Engages with Integrated Product Team and technical SME to support Capabilities Master Integration Management Team capabilities milestone roadmap and to coordinate the integration of new capabilities and configuration changes into integrated master schedule/roadmap.  Gathers, analyze, and consolidate data related to projects and requirements and prepare briefings/artifacts to effectively communicate program plans, status, and strategy. Identify and utilize metrics to maintain and optimize processes and organizational effectiveness.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related discipline from an accredited college or university with a minimum of twenty (20) years of general systems engineering experience OR
  • A Master’s degree in a qualified Engineering field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eighteen (18) years of general systems engineering experience OR
  • A High School Diploma or GED plus twenty four (24) years of general system engineering experience 
MANDATORY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience with systems engineering processes that support design, development, and integration, testing and fielding of SIGINT systems.
  • Ability to create strategic systems engineering white papers that identify potential operational efficiencies and innovative methods for performing operations in an integrated operating environment.
  • Ability to guide and oversee the development and implementation of systems engineering processes.
  • Ability to develop, document, prioritize, implement, and validate SIGINT sensor system requirements.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE (preferred, but not mandatory):
  • Understanding of SIGINT sensor data flow, communications, and support architectures.
  • Awareness of SIGINT policy and standards and information security accreditation processes.
  • Experience in collaborating with peer organizations to overcome barriers to success and create shared solutions.
  • Knowledge of collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Intelligence Community (IC) experience.
