Administrative Assistant (ID: #7167042)
Kenjya-Trusant is seeking a candidate to fill the role of Administrative Assistant to support the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs, Office of Public Diplomacy (EUR/PD). This position is responsible for performance of a variety of technical, advisory, liaison and coordinating duties that support the overall administrative functions of the EUR/PD office.
The Administrative Assistant supports the Office Director, Deputy Directors and desk officer staff with administrative matters concerning arranging travel through e2 Solutions, serve as the main point of contact for procurement through GSO, maintain the office security schedule, assist incoming personnel with check-in procedures and departing personnel with check-out procedures, and serve as a back-up time-keeper.
Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities:
Minimum Education - High School
Clearance Requirement – SECRET
Citizenship – U.S. required
