(GLASS) Management Analyst (Journeyman)

The Kenya-Trusant Group is seeking a Management Analyst (Journeyman) to support administrative services of directorates, divisions, programs, offices, and other Government agencies that will be provided to NASA at the Government’s sites

  • Gathers and organizes information on problems or procedures.
  • Performs highly complex management analysis on data gathered and develops solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
  • Work to identify the processes that need to be established for relevant work.
  • Assist in the coordination of projects and day-to-day activities with the team.
  • Confers with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures.
  • Develops and implements records management program for filing, protection, and retrieval of records, and assures compliance with program.
  • Reviews forms and reports and confers with management and users about format, distribution, and purpose, and to identify problems and improvements.
  • Interviews personnel and conducts on-site observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed, and methods, equipment, and personnel used.
  • Documents findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
  • Prepares manuals and trains workers in use of new forms, reports, procedures or equipment, according to organizational policy.
  • Designs, evaluates, recommends, and approves changes of forms and reports.
  • Plans study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis

Qualifications/Experience

  • Requires minimum of four years of experience in a business-related field demonstrating self-confidence, management of workload, communication with diverse individuals, application of good judgment, and working knowledge of business systems.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
