The Kenjya-Trusant Group, LLC is seeking an SCS Software Engineer - Level III to support an existing contract in the Annapolis Junction area.
Duties, Responsibilities, and Tasks:

Assist with updating documentation to reflect changes to the system, to include SOPs and knowledge modules

Respond to break/fix actions
-
Proactively and reactively identifying and resolving systemic problems
-
Create written mitigation procedures (SOPs) to use to resolve/mitigate known errors

Perform additional installations, when applicable
-
Gather and report metrics on the number of incidents resolved

Provide application support of the Tier 0 IDSM and supporting environment (IBM Mainframe, IDMS, COBOL, ADS/O, and JCL)
Qualifications:
-
Clearance TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (must have before applying)

Experience Twenty (20) years of experience as SWE in programs of similar scope, type and complexity is required

Education
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required

Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted
