Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Construction Manager (CM) / Inspector
Kenjya-Trusant is currently searching for a experienced and collaborative MEP CM / Inspector who will support a multi-faceted building and infrastructure rehabilitation project located at our client’s site in Fort Belvoir.

Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Construction Manager (CM) / Inspector
Kenjya-Trusant is currently searching for a experienced and collaborative MEP CM / Inspector who will support a multi-faceted building and infrastructure rehabilitation project located at our client’s site in Fort Belvoir.
Responsibilities:
- Provides direction in regard to quality, safety, and general day to day operations.
- Leads on daily scheduling and planning activities of contractors and subcontractors involved in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades at the project site.
- Ensure that the right materials, equipment, and people are there to get the job done.
- Perform all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing inspection to include all reporting, providing communication to the client, and ensuring that requirements of the project are successfully met.
- Knowledge of the project and construction progress across all trades/scopes of work and be responsible to help coordinate sub/contractor’s daily work activities, help resolve contractors’ questions and resolve design issues.
Required Skills & Required Experience:
- U.S Citizen
- Secret DoD Clearance
- MEP Specialization
- 5+ years of experience in safety aspects of heavy construction on projects
- 10+ years of field experience in the inspection and testing of work relevant to the scope of electrical, mechanical, civil/structural, geotechnical, architectural, and fire protection disciplines
- Strong working knowledge of pre-design, pre-construction, and construction phase, building systems/components and technology
